Ó, tagaig' uile is adhraigí

An leanbh cneasta sa chró 'na luí

Is cuimhnígí ar ghrá an Rí

Good people all, this Christmas time,

Consider well and bear in mind

What our good God for us has done

In sending his beloved son

With Mary holy we should pray,

To God with love this Christmas Day

In Bethlehem upon that morn,

There was a blessed Messiah born

Near Bethlehem did shepherds keep

Their flocks of lambs and feeding sheep

To whom God’s angel did appear

Which put the shepherds in great fear

Prepare and go, the angels said

To Bethlehem, be not afraid

For there you’ll find, this happy morn

A princely babe, sweet Jesus, born

With thankful heart and joyful mind

The shepherds went the babe to find

And as God’s angel had foretold

They did our Saviour Christ behold

Within a manger he was laid

And by his side a virgin maid

Attending on the Lord of Life

Who came on earth to end all strife

Buena gente a todos, en esta época navideña,

Considera bien y ten en cuenta

Lo que nuestro buen Dios ha hecho por nosotros

Al enviar a su amado hijo

Con María santa debemos orar,

A Dios con amor en este día de Navidad

En Belén esa mañana,

Nació un Mesías bendito

Cerca de Belén guardaban los pastores

Sus rebaños de corderos y ovejas de pastoreo

A quienes se les apareció el ángel de Dios

que puso en gran temor a los pastores

Prepárate y vete, dijeron los ángeles

A Belén, no tengas miedo

Porque allí encontrarás, esta mañana feliz

Un bebé principesco, dulce Jesús, nacido

Con corazón agradecido y mente alegre

Los pastores fueron al bebé a buscar

Y como el ángel de Dios había predicho

Hicieron nuestro Salvador Cristo he aquí

Dentro de un pesebre fue puesto

Y a su lado una doncella virgen

Asistiendo al Señor de la Vida

Quien vino a la tierra para poner fin a todos los conflictos
