Grave Situation Pt. 1 - The Burning Hell

Well here’s a little story about a woman that I knew.

It’s no allegory, I guarantee it’s all quite true.

So I expect you to believe me, though you won’t believe your ears.

Pay attention: listen up, though you may tremble with fear.

You see this woman that I spoke of had a quarrel with her lover.

It seems she had discovered he’d been sleeping with another

and it was on this very spot in June of 1987

fought and then he shot her and she died and went to heaven.

Or at least that’s what the priest said as he read the funeral rights

but something strange was going on amongst the tombstones that night.

Just when everybody thought her immortal soul was saved

we were quite concerned to see that she had risen from the grave

She said, «aloha, i’m back, I’ve got some business to do.

I’ll be back in my casket before the night is through,

but first I’ll pay a visit to a certain prison cell

to see my cheating husband and send him straight to hell.»

We were speechless as she left us to find the fiend she’d married

until someone said, «She's looking good for a girl that’s just been married.

But you know we ought to stop her.

Should we call up the police?»

I said, «She's the living dead.

They can do as they please.»

Besides, she was heading straight for the station house herself,

where her husband was awaiting trial in a holding cell.

The sergeant was surprised to see a corpse walk through the door,

but he said, «Sorry ma’am, visiting hours are 2: 00 to 4: 00.»

She laughed and said, «I'm dead and I don’t have all day,

so if you’d kindly stand aside and show me the way…»

And the Sergeant said, «Okay then, he’s in cell number six.»

«Besides,» he thought, «I really don’t get paid enough for this.»

He was sleeping on his cot when she came into the cell

and ever since the murder he had not slept very well.

When he opened up his eyes at first he thought it was a dream,

but she began to speak before he had a chance to scream.

«Aloha, I’m back, I’ve got some business to do.

I’ll be back in my casket before the night is through.

But first I’ll make you pay for your cheating and your lies

so honey… prepare to die.»

Some say it was a heart attack, some say it was a stroke,

and some will say the whole thing was invented just as a joke

but I tell you it’s a fact, it all happened right here.

When he saw his undead wife he simply died of fear.

«Aloha, I’m back, I’ve got some business to do.

Bueno, aquí hay una pequeña historia sobre una mujer que conocí.

No es una alegoría, te garantizo que todo es bastante cierto.

Así que espero que me creas, aunque no creerás lo que escuchas.

Presta atención: escucha, aunque te estremezcas de miedo.

Verás, esta mujer de la que hablé tuvo una pelea con su amante.

Parece que ella había descubierto que él había estado durmiendo con otra

y fue en este mismo lugar en junio de 1987

peleó y luego le disparó y ella murió y se fue al cielo.

O al menos eso es lo que dijo el sacerdote mientras leía los derechos funerarios

pero algo extraño estaba pasando entre las lápidas esa noche.

Justo cuando todos pensaban que su alma inmortal estaba salvada

nos preocupó bastante ver que se había levantado de la tumba

Ella dijo: "Aloha, he vuelto, tengo algunos negocios que hacer".

Estaré de vuelta en mi ataúd antes de que termine la noche,

pero primero haré una visita a cierta celda de prisión

para ver a mi esposo infiel y enviarlo directo al infierno.»

Nos quedamos sin palabras cuando nos dejó para encontrar al demonio con el que se había casado.

hasta que alguien dijo: «Se ve bien para una chica que se acaba de casar.

Pero sabes que deberíamos detenerla.

¿Deberíamos llamar a la policía?»

Dije: «Ella es la muerta viviente.

Pueden hacer lo que les plazca.»

Además, ella misma se dirigía directamente a la comisaría,

donde su esposo estaba esperando el juicio en una celda de detención.

El sargento se sorprendió al ver un cadáver atravesar la puerta,

pero me dijo: «Disculpe señora, el horario de visita es de 2:00 a 4:00».

Ella se rio y dijo: «Estoy muerta y no tengo todo el día,

así que si fuera tan amable de hacerse a un lado y mostrarme el camino...

Y el Sargento dijo: «Está bien, entonces está en la celda número seis».

«Además», pensó, «realmente no me pagan lo suficiente por esto».

Él estaba durmiendo en su catre cuando ella entró en la celda.

y desde el asesinato no había dormido muy bien.

Cuando abrió los ojos al principio pensó que era un sueño,

pero ella empezó a hablar antes de que él tuviera la oportunidad de gritar.

«Aloha, he vuelto, tengo algunos negocios que hacer.

Estaré de regreso en mi ataúd antes de que termine la noche.

Pero primero te haré pagar por tus engaños y tus mentiras

así que cariño… prepárate para morir.»

Algunos dicen que fue un ataque al corazón, otros dicen que fue un derrame cerebral,

y algunos dirán que todo fue inventado solo como una broma

pero te digo que es un hecho, todo sucedió aquí mismo.

Cuando vio a su esposa no muerta, simplemente murió de miedo.

«Aloha, he vuelto, tengo algunos negocios que hacer.

Estaré de regreso en mi ataúd antes de que termine la noche.

Pero primero haré una visita a cierta celda de prisión.
