Deathbearer - Thy Serpent

The first rays of morning come

Again I’m stuck in front of the window

Everything is disconsolate, grey

Nothing to heal my wounds today

Still I think of moments past

Recall the dead and the living

So many death’s agonies

It tears me away from this life

A twisted mind kills from the inside

I’ve been made into the deathbearer

It persecuted and crushed the mind

Thoughts distorted eternally

I no longer feel the fear of death

It is life that deprives everything

Where have you all gone?

All that lies under the soil is just a shell

The sun sets into the horizon

Again night conquers day

Again I can forget

Sleep kills the pain of life…

…tomorrow I awake no more

Otra vez estoy atrapado frente a la ventana

Todo es desconsolado, gris

Nada para sanar mis heridas hoy

Todavía pienso en momentos pasados

Recordar a los muertos y los vivos

Tantas agonías de muerte

Me arranca de esta vida

Una mente retorcida mata desde adentro

Me han convertido en el portador de la muerte

Persiguió y aplastó la mente

Pensamientos distorsionados eternamente

Ya no siento el miedo a la muerte

Es la vida la que todo lo priva

¿Dónde habéis ido todos?

Todo lo que yace debajo del suelo es solo un caparazón

El sol se pone en el horizonte

Otra vez la noche vence al día

Otra vez puedo olvidar

El sueño mata el dolor de la vida…

…mañana no despertaré más
