Tangles and mazes all come unraveled

When the eyes are aerial

Only winding terrain surrounds me.

Dither and droning until you speak.

Wait if clouds hush me in grayness of their own.

Roll and tumble just to blur that gray down below.

New and leaving old ways.

I am sorry if I’m not who I should be these days.

Maybe I’ll land unfettered and all eyes

And maybe you’ll shake the ground up.

Tremors and quaking break from the bottom.

And over new piles you’ll lead me out.
