Elusive Reaches - Ensiferum

Protector of the sun arrives with light

From the edge of the world to the highest heights

With a thunder blast he greets his twin

And falls back to oblivion

From the western plains where nature blooms

Roams the swift brother in eternal blue

Chasing the vanishing golden light

Hasting towards an endless night

Across the high northern skies

The eldest brother in all his might

Guards the frozen barren land

With a token of wisdom in his hand

Forlorn moon and dreadful mist

The youngest brother raises his fist

All life slowly withers away

And the infinite circle begins again

The trail of the winds remains unseen

For mortals their realm stays concealed

The ageless skies that stand before our eyes

When we’ll be gone they’ll still be flying free

Silvery light of the sea

Sparkles of far beneath

Cold breeze against their brawn

Reminds them of cold steel and war

Desde el borde del mundo hasta las alturas más altas

Con un trueno saluda a su gemelo

Y vuelve a caer en el olvido

De las llanuras occidentales donde la naturaleza florece

Vaga el hermano veloz en el azul eterno

Persiguiendo la luz dorada que se desvanece

Apresurándose hacia una noche sin fin

A través de los altos cielos del norte

El hermano mayor en todas sus fuerzas

Guarda la tierra estéril congelada

Con una muestra de sabiduría en su mano

Luna desolada y neblina espantosa

El hermano menor levanta el puño.

Toda la vida se marchita lentamente

Y el círculo infinito comienza de nuevo

El rastro de los vientos permanece oculto

Para los mortales su reino permanece oculto

Los cielos eternos que están ante nuestros ojos

Cuando nos hayamos ido, seguirán volando libres

Luz plateada del mar

Destellos de muy por debajo

Brisa fría contra su fuerza

Les recuerda al acero frío y la guerra.
