The night is drawing near

The sky is black and clear

We waited ages now, the stars are all aligned

Tonight the sky will glow

With Saturn and Scorpio

The preparations have been made, the rite may now begin

Figures in black robes ascend the mound

With magic symbols scratched into the ground

The text is read and makes an eerie sound

The crooked dagger is plunged into flesh and bone

We see shadows twist and know we’re not alone
