Two Poems - Standstill

I stop time to save this place

I write lines to hold my breath

First line to say what’s this

Next one to say the way I want it.

To recall

I stop time to bless this place

To hallow everywhere I see

While the angel is looking down

To find you, to find me, beside you

The light came to show our way

My way, your way, away

The world is changing soon, the sun becames the moon

The case is in my hand, the horse is in my head

We’re coming

We got to check it right now

The ocean wide, the purple sky

To find the promised land

And never come away, never go astray

I want to write much more lines and save it

Detengo el tiempo para salvar este lugar

Escribo líneas para contener la respiración

Primera línea para decir qué es esto

El siguiente en decir como lo quiero.

Para recordar

Detengo el tiempo para bendecir este lugar

Para santificar en todas partes que veo

Mientras el ángel mira hacia abajo

Para encontrarte, para encontrarme, a tu lado

La luz vino a mostrar nuestro camino

A mi manera, a tu manera, lejos

El mundo está cambiando pronto, el sol se convierte en la luna

El caso está en mi mano, el caballo está en mi cabeza

Estábamos viniendo

Tenemos que comprobarlo ahora mismo

El océano ancho, el cielo púrpura

Para encontrar la tierra prometida

Y nunca te alejes, nunca te extravíes

Quiero escribir muchas más líneas y guardarlo.
