It starts with us

We are the ones

Who have to take the action

To make peaceful, non-violent change

Nobody is going to do it for us

We are the only ones

That can make the change

It starts with us

Everything that has ever changed with society

Has been done by people

We always have to have faith in ourselves

We can make the changes

When we have in other people too

So, undrstand that one person alone cannot do it

W all have to be together

We have to take collective action

And we have to organize

March isn’t enough

Protest isn’t enough

We have to organize

And we have to vote!

We have the power

But we have to act on that power

Because if we don’t act on it

They will take it away from us

This is the way that we win

By working together

Keeping our moves together

Keeping our together

Because the opposition is powerful

The opposition is greedy

But it doesn’t matter how strong they are

We are the majority

The only time that we lose

Is when we we quit

We can’t afford to quit

But we also can’t afford to wait

The time is now

So we have to really believe in ourselves

We don’t have to be invited

We have to invite ourselves, say:

«I am going to be part of the movement

I am the movement

Myself, my brothers and my sisters

All of us

Acting together

We are the movement»

And we have to remember that

It starts with us

Nosotros somos los que

Quién tiene que realizar la acción

Para hacer un cambio pacífico y no violento

Nadie lo va a hacer por nosotros

Somos los únicos

La protesta no es suficiente

Tenemos que organizar

¡Y tenemos que votar!

Nosotros tenemos el poder

Pero tenemos que actuar sobre ese poder.

Porque si no actuamos en consecuencia

Nos lo quitarán

Esta es la forma en que ganamos

Al trabajar juntos

Manteniendo nuestros movimientos juntos

Manteniéndonos juntos

Porque la oposición es poderosa

La oposición es codiciosa

Pero no importa lo fuertes que sean

Somos la mayoría

La única vez que perdemos

es cuando dejamos de fumar

No podemos darnos el lujo de renunciar

Pero tampoco podemos darnos el lujo de esperar

El tiempo es ahora

Así que tenemos que creer realmente en nosotros mismos

No tenemos que ser invitados

Tenemos que invitarnos, decir:

«Voy a ser parte del movimiento

yo soy el movimiento

Yo, mis hermanos y mis hermanas

Todos nosotros

Actuando juntos

Somos el movimiento»

Y tenemos que recordar que
