The Storm -

Even when the storm is raging,

Even when there are huge waves

Even if the sky is covered with dark clouds

Even when it is dawn

It seems so distant

Help me not fear to firmly believe

That You are in my boat

You calm the storm

And bring a tranquil haven for me.

I’m calm with You!

I’m safe with You my Lord!

Everything is under your control.

Just help me to remember and firmly believe

That You are always with me when I am with You.

And I shalt not be afraid for the terror by night,

Nor for the arrow that flieth by day,

For the pestilence that walketh in darkness,

Nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

A thousand shall fall at my side, And ten thousand at my right hand,

But it shall not come nigh me.

Because I hath set my love upon the Lord,

Therefore Lord will deliver me

He will set me on high,

Because I hath known His name.

He will be with me in trouble

He will deliver me, and honor me.

Satisfy me with long life,

And show me His salvation.

Que siempre estás conmigo cuando estoy contigo.

Y no temeré por el terror de la noche,

Ni para la flecha que vuela de día,

Por la pestilencia que anda en tinieblas,

Ni por la destrucción que devasta al mediodía.

Caerán a mi lado mil, Y diez mil a mi diestra,

Pero no se acercará a mí.

Porque he puesto mi amor en el Señor,

Por tanto, el Señor me librará

Él me pondrá en lo alto,

porque he conocido su nombre.

El estará conmigo en la angustia

Él me librará y me honrará.

saciadme de larga vida,

y muéstrame su salvación.
