Sometime in the summer of '96

I was off on a road trip

A couple hundred bucks and a case of beer

Outside Panama City limits is where it all begins

2:00 A.M., I saw hazard lights

Appeared to be a dame distressed in the night

She was 5'6″ and, damn, she was built

I slammed on the brakes and got sideways and told her to get in

She said, «Where you headed, to the city?»

I said, «Yeah!

I’m gonna have some fun»

She tossed her hair back in confidence

And said, «Mind if I come?»

Two days later, we ain’t left the room

Did all in there that we could think to do

I could see she was restless, so we hit the town

Ended up at a place where the windows read:

«Tattoos, piercings, belly rings here»

«Tattoos, piercings, belly rings here»

Into the back she went and disappeared

Reappeared an hour late cheesing ear to ear

I thought, «Hell, I need to try and get back there»

When she unzipped her pants and said, «Looky here

I got a brand new tattoo

One week passed;

woke up a day late for work

I found my goodtime gone and she took my shirt

Drove by all the places that we had been

Reappeared an hour later cheesing ear to ear

En algún momento del verano del '96

yo estaba en un viaje por carretera

Un par de cientos de dólares y una caja de cerveza

Fuera de los límites de la Ciudad de Panamá es donde todo comienza

2:00 a.m., vi luces de emergencia

Parecía ser una dama angustiada en la noche

Ella medía 5'6 ″ y, maldita sea, estaba construida

Pisé los frenos, me puse de lado y le dije que entrara.

Ella dijo: «¿Adónde te dirigías, a la ciudad?»

Dije: «¡Sí!

me voy a divertir un poco»

Se echó el pelo hacia atrás con confianza.

Y dijo: «¿Te importa si voy?»

Dos días después, no salimos de la habitación.

Hicimos todo lo que pudimos pensar en hacer

Pude ver que estaba inquieta, así que nos dirigimos a la ciudad.

Terminó en un lugar donde las ventanas decían:

«Tatuajes, piercings, ombligos aquí»

En la parte de atrás se fue y desapareció

Reapareció con una hora de retraso bromeando de oreja a oreja

Pensé: «Demonios, tengo que intentar volver allí»

Cuando se desabrochó los pantalones y dijo: «Mira aquí
