Sonic Boom the Musical - Random Encounters

Eggman: You’re in my clutches,

fallen prey, it would seem.

To my maniacal mind

and diabolical scheme!

Shall I fry you in magma,

or impale you with spikes?

All my things!

Take your rings!

I’ve got things you won’t like…

Like a big laser that’s

powered by crystals:

A tool that burns with

the heat of the sun!

And if I aim at your toes,

I’ll likely burn off your nose!

And everyone knows that

using lasers is fun!

Amy: Doctor Eggman, I’m not certain.

But you may not be aware…

That your laser’s self-destruction

function’s button is right

there!

Eggman: I don’t need to use my laser

'cause I have a giant bomb,

which will cover this whole planet

in a toxic green napalm!

And this bomb’s armed with a timer-

Sonic: Why not set it off right now?

Eggman: Well I… I don’t know how.

Knuckles: Every bomb you’ve ever crafted

has a flimsy metal plate!

Tails: And inside it are the wires

meant to help recalibrate!

Eggman: While I guess that’s true,

they often do, but what’s this all about?

Heroes: Don’t you think those crucial wires

could be easily torn out?

one whose footsteps

shake the ground!

Sonic: And which has no major defects-

Knuckles: And/or weak points to be found.

Eggman: It shoots missiles from its fingers,

and its arm becomes an axe.

Amy: And it follows simple patterns

for its movements and attacks.

Eggman: Fine!

My evil plans and

wicked schemes

may seem a bit underwhelming,

but the greatest weapon I have’s

this Death Egg that I’m helming!

Eggman: Well I didn’t want to do this

But you’ve finally forced my hand.

Now I’ll show you all the evilest

thing that I have ever planned!

It took countless days and

endless nights.

But I thought it ironic,

that the badnik who would

end you all would be named…

(…wait for it…)

Eggman: Why’s this always happen

every time in every game?

When I think I’ve beaten Sonic,

he defeats me all the same.

And no matter what my tactic,

not a plan or strategy,

will ever yield a single triumph,

or one victory.

Eggman: Could it be this situation is a

lucky twist of fate?

Sonic’s trapped inside a cell

from which he can’t evacuate!

And it’s true my Death Egg’s falling,

but my Egg-pod's parked nearby.

I can make it to it safely

and leave Sonic here to die!

Then I’ll watch from out the window

as my Death Egg hits the ground.

And I’ll cup my ear and then I’ll hear

the sweetest of all sounds!

It’s the sound of my redemption

in the form of Sonic’s doom,

for I’m finally killing Sonic…

Eggman: Estás en mis garras,

¡Probablemente te quemaré la nariz!

Y todo el mundo sabe que

¡Usar láseres es divertido!

Amy: Doctor Eggman, no estoy segura.

Pero puede que no lo sepas...

Que la autodestrucción de tu láser

el botón de la función está en la derecha

¡allí!

Eggman: no necesito usar mi láser

porque tengo una bomba gigante,

que cubrirá todo este planeta

en un napalm verde tóxico!

Y esta bomba está armada con un temporizador-

Sonic: ¿Por qué no lo pones en marcha ahora mismo?

Eggman: Bueno, yo… no sé cómo.

Knuckles: cada bomba que hayas fabricado

tiene una placa de metal endeble!

Tails: Y dentro de él están los cables.

destinado a ayudar a recalibrar!

Eggman: Aunque supongo que eso es cierto,

a menudo lo hacen, pero ¿de qué se trata todo esto?

Héroes: ¿No crees que esos cables cruciales

podría ser arrancado fácilmente?

aquel cuyos pasos

sacude el suelo!

Sonic: Y que no tiene mayores defectos-

Nudillos: Y/o puntos débiles a encontrar.

Eggman: Dispara misiles de sus dedos,

y su brazo se convierte en hacha.

Amy: Y sigue patrones simples

por sus movimientos y ataques.

Eggman: ¡Bien!

Mis planes malvados y

esquemas perversos

puede parecer un poco decepcionante,

pero la mejor arma que tengo es

este Death Egg que estoy dirigiendo!

Eggman: Bueno, yo no quería hacer esto.

Pero finalmente has forzado mi mano.

Ahora te mostraré todo lo más malvado.

cosa que nunca he planeado!

Tomó incontables días y

noches interminables.

Pero me pareció irónico,

que el badnik que lo haría

al final todos ustedes serían nombrados…

(…espéralo…)

Eggman: ¿Por qué siempre sucede esto?

cada vez en cada juego?

Cuando creo que he vencido a Sonic,

él me derrota de todos modos.

Y no importa cuál sea mi táctica,

no es un plan o estrategia,

jamás dará un solo triunfo,

o una victoria.

Eggman: ¿Podría ser que esta situación sea una

¿giro afortunado del destino?

Sonic está atrapado dentro de una celda

de la que no puede evacuar!

Y es cierto que mi Death Egg está cayendo,

pero mi Egg-pod está estacionado cerca.

Puedo llegar a ella con seguridad

¡y deja a Sonic aquí para que muera!

Entonces miraré desde la ventana

cuando mi Death Egg golpea el suelo.

Y me taparé la oreja y luego oiré

¡el más dulce de todos los sonidos!

Es el sonido de mi redención

en forma de perdición de Sonic,

porque finalmente estoy matando a Sonic...
