I kick back and I see

The way of humanity

Beauty and insanity

The circle sustains its movement endlessly

Observing man’s way

Remaining so amazed

By it’s duality

No doubt about it

Even when my mind’s clouded

I appreciate the sense of faith

The love and hate

And I shout it…

Out when I need to

Sometimes I see through

All the B.S., the strain and the stress

Then I just sing

I sometimes wonder why

A song can get me high

This music can make me cry

Yet images of war desensitize

Corruption and poverty

Can only capture the

Part of me that turns it into poetry

I stay amazed by the race I chase lies

I find them then I walk away

I’m pacified by the maze and I hate lies

But I’ll find my way

Through rhythm and rhyme

Or I’ll just sing

Me tiro hacia atrás y veo

El camino de la humanidad

Belleza y locura

El círculo sostiene su movimiento sin fin.

Observando el camino del hombre

Permaneciendo tan asombrado

Por su dualidad

No hay duda de eso

Incluso cuando mi mente está nublada

Aprecio el sentido de la fe

el amor y el odio

Y lo grito...

Fuera cuando lo necesito

A veces veo a través

Todo el BS, la tensión y el estrés

Entonces solo canto

A veces me pregunto por qué

Una canción me puede drogar

Esta música me puede hacer llorar

Sin embargo, las imágenes de la guerra insensibilizan

Corrupción y pobreza

Solo puede capturar el

Parte de mí que lo convierte en poesía

Me quedo asombrado por la carrera que persigo mentiras

Los encuentro y luego me alejo

Estoy pacificado por el laberinto y odio las mentiras

Pero encontraré mi camino

A través del ritmo y la rima

O solo cantaré
