The Sermon (Intro) - Moonshine Bandits

You see, some might say that God’s presence is conditional

That he’s only there when you’re making the right decision

But he takes off somehow when you self-destruct or when you got a little bit

crazy

But see my Bible says something different

My Bible tells me, Jesus said, «lo, I am with you always, even till the end of

the earth»

David prayed, «Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,

you are with me, and I will not fear you»

So the question is not one of whether God sticks around

Oh, he’s with us, he’s always with us, I think he answered that question

But there is a question that has to be answered

And that’s a question that you and I must ponder and answer

And it isn’t answered with a word, it’s answered with our life

And that question is… In light of knowing that God is with us always

And in light of knowing that he sees us always

How are we going to respond with our path?

That is the question that we must ponder

And that is the question that we must answer

And that is the journey that we’re on in this life

Verá, algunos podrían decir que la presencia de Dios es condicional

Que solo está ahí cuando estás tomando la decisión correcta

Pero se quita de alguna manera cuando te autodestruyes o cuando tienes un poco

loco

Pero mira mi Biblia dice algo diferente

Mi Biblia me dice, Jesús dijo: «he aquí yo estoy con vosotros todos los días, hasta el fin del

la tierra"

David oró: «Aunque ande en valle de sombra de muerte,

estás conmigo y no te temeré»

Entonces, la pregunta no es si Dios se queda

Oh, él está con nosotros, siempre está con nosotros, creo que respondió esa pregunta

Pero hay una pregunta que tiene que ser respondida

Y esa es una pregunta que tú y yo debemos reflexionar y responder

Y no se responde con una palabra, se responde con nuestra vida

Y esa pregunta es… A la luz de saber que Dios está con nosotros siempre

Y a la luz de saber que nos ve siempre

¿Cómo vamos a responder con nuestro camino?

Esa es la pregunta que debemos reflexionar

Y esa es la pregunta que debemos responder

Y ese es el viaje en el que estamos en esta vida
