God is our refuge and strenght

A very present help in trouble.

Therefore will not we fear,

though the earth be removed,

and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

though the waters thereof roar and be troubled,

though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof.

There is a river, the streams whereof shall make

Glad the city of the Most High.

God is in the midst of her (Jerusalem);

she shall not be moved:

God shall help her, and that right early.

Una ayuda muy presente en las tribulaciones.

Por tanto, no temeremos,

aunque la tierra sea removida,

y aunque los montes sean llevados al centro del mar;

aunque bramen y se turben sus aguas,

aunque tiemblen los montes a causa de su hinchazón.

Hay un río, cuyas corrientes harán

Alegre la ciudad del Altísimo.

ella no será conmovida:

pronunció su voz, la tierra se derritió.

El Señor de los ejércitos está con nosotros;

El Señor es nuestro refugio
