What is happiness?

What is freedom?

I asked them these questions many times

But they never responded

And yet not a day went by without me hearing their whispers

They told me the same nightmares over and over again

Which I tried in vain to forget

My mind was so bewildered that all I could hear and see was them

Who should I believe?

Where should I go?

Who was I?

From dawn to dusk they stayed close to me and kept reminding me of my past

demons

But let me give you some advice

Get rid of all of that

Organize your mind and forget things which should be forgotten

Don’t keep forever crying the same old tears

Because if there is one thing you need to do

In order to grow and to evolve

Is to sort things out

Say goodbye to your nightmare and past demons

To be happy, you must listen to yourself

Not to their sinister whispers

Don’t be afraid to turn the page and write a much more beautiful story

Sort your mind out

Clear the negative thoughts

And everything will be better

Have faith in yourself

And bid them farewell

¿Qué es la libertad?

Les hice estas preguntas muchas veces

Pero nunca respondieron

Y sin embargo, no pasaba un día sin que yo escuchara sus susurros

Me contaron las mismas pesadillas una y otra vez

que traté en vano de olvidar

Mi mente estaba tan desconcertada que todo lo que podía oír y ver eran ellos.

¿A quién debo creer?

¿A donde debería ir?

¿Quien era yo?

Desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer se quedaron cerca de mí y me recordaban mi pasado

demonios

Pero déjame darte un consejo

Deshazte de todo eso

Organiza tu mente y olvida las cosas que deberían ser olvidadas

No sigas llorando por siempre las mismas viejas lágrimas

Porque si hay algo que debes hacer

Para crecer y evolucionar

es arreglar las cosas

Di adiós a tu pesadilla y a los demonios del pasado

Para ser feliz, debes escucharte a ti mismo

No a sus siniestros susurros

No tengas miedo de pasar la página y escribir una historia mucho más hermosa

Ordena tu mente

Limpia los pensamientos negativos

Y todo será mejor

Ten fe en ti mismo

y despedirme de ellos
