Along the barren plains, over sweeping mountain ranges

Underneath the deepest sea, lies a monument to the ancients

All lost in forgotten caves, through twisting tunnels

Across empty crooked canyons, to luscious jungles

All creation will crash and tumble

I’ll build my empire, and worlds shall crumble

I walk on my own through the cosmos

I’ve gone farther than all the apollos

Like Armstrong and Aldrin, my footsteps you follow

My calling is wandering alone in the unknown

And I know we’re far apart

The sky twinkles in the dark

I’ve tried wishing on a star…

That won’t take me where you are

You might see the same one I do

I’ll fly until I find you

Just keep on pushing forward, forget what’s left behind you

Now it’s time to soar

When I grow cold, and awful lonely

I’ve got my mission, and they’re counting on me

No time to dwell, collect myself, protect what I’ve gathered

I know the cost, I’ll take the loss, the life of a traveler

You’re on a map that doesn’t have no rails

Check your map, now you gotta set your sails

From the mountain top down to the blackest vale

Through placid lakes, acid rain, ash and hail

It took my breath away, but I had to bail

Probably cause all that toxic gas inhaled

This is not the time for my jetpack to fail

Cause whenever I’m grounded it’s like I’m trapped in jail

I left a trail

Anywhere my flag is nailed

I’ve battled for planets and I have prevailed

I’ve handled land animals that yap and wail

Been attacked by dragons and lived to tell the tale

I find iron, titanium, and platinum frail

Time to get cracking and then I’ll have a sale

I’m getting known on a galactic scale

If you’re a big fish, I’m a massive whale

I’m making waves, you just splash and flail

An object in motion will show devotion to motion

To get back on track, and that’s a fact

Don’t act like it’s not elemental

Cause I’m all kinetic, but you’ve got potential

To the mortal eye, the sky is calm and gentle

But no man belongs, so it’s hard to settle

Even in armored vessels, we’re like gods and devils

And in the wake of our turbulence, all will tremble

A lo largo de las llanuras áridas, sobre amplias cadenas montañosas

Debajo del mar más profundo, se encuentra un monumento a los antiguos

Todos perdidos en cuevas olvidadas, a través de túneles retorcidos

A través de cañones torcidos y vacíos, hacia selvas deliciosas

Toda la creación se estrellará y caerá

Construiré mi imperio, y los mundos se derrumbarán

Camino solo por el cosmos

He ido más lejos que todos los apolos

Desde la cima de la montaña hasta el valle más negro

A través de plácidos lagos, lluvia ácida, ceniza y granizo

Este no es el momento para que mi jetpack falle

Si eres un pez grande, soy una ballena enorme

Estoy haciendo olas, solo salpicas y agitas

Dejaste el pequeño estanque, pero ahora estás en el océano

Y no, no reducirás la velocidad una vez que te pongas en movimiento.

Un objeto en movimiento mostrará devoción al movimiento.

Porque te mantendrás en movimiento, hasta que el movimiento se interrumpa

Pero no te hagas la idea de que seguirás flotando y déjalo ser

Porque cuando el destino te llame, entonces necesitarás más energía.

Para volver al camino, y eso es un hecho

No actúes como si no fuera elemental.

Porque soy todo cinético, pero tienes potencial

Espero que ya hayas recibido el memo

Porque si realmente quieres sacar provecho del potencial

Deja de hablar, empieza a caminar a mi nivel

Para el ojo mortal, el cielo es tranquilo y apacible
