Beyond the Light - Deathrow

A long, long time he stayed in deathrow, now the chosen day has come

Lead by the ushers of the court, let the judgment be done

Long ago he saw the daylight without bars

But this is the last time his sun will rise

Walking towards the gallows, he knows the sling awaits him

From somewhere he hears music, it’s toneless sound makes him afraid

Suddenly the music stops, for him the sign to go

Was it the melody of death or of mercy he doesn’t now

Now he stands on the gallows, face towards the rope

He believes that after his fall, there’s no future, there’s no hope

Now his head’s fills the sling, he feels the agony growing

Executioner’s hand moves the gear-lever, first he hovers than he falls !

A sudden push through his body

With open eyes he stares at this fate

His lungs gasp for air, his brain explodes

The abyss of death comes much nearer

Hovering in darkness, his body dies

His mind exists, searching for light

A strange feeling, to fly through eternity

A glow in the darkness, it’s a light he now sees

The glowing light comes nearer

He flies into this soul-mirror

Now he can see his now phantom mind

And his life, that’s now passed behind

But a quickly growing dark vortex

Draws him away from his soul’s destruction

Now all his emotions and all of his thoughts

Dissolve in silence-into nothingness

Mucho, mucho tiempo permaneció en el corredor de la muerte, ahora ha llegado el día elegido

Dirigido por los ujieres de la corte, que se haga el juicio

Hace mucho vio la luz del día sin barrotes

Pero esta es la última vez que su sol saldrá

Caminando hacia la horca, sabe que la honda lo espera.

De algún lugar escucha música, su sonido sin tono lo asusta.

De repente la música se detiene, para él la señal de irse

¿Era la melodía de la muerte o de la misericordia que ahora no sabe?

Ahora está de pie en la horca, de cara a la cuerda.

Cree que después de su caída, no hay futuro, no hay esperanza.

Ahora su cabeza llena el cabestrillo, siente que la agonía crece

¡La mano del verdugo mueve la palanca de cambios, primero flota y luego cae!

Un empujón repentino a través de su cuerpo.

Con los ojos abiertos mira este destino

Sus pulmones jadean por aire, su cerebro explota

El abismo de la muerte se acerca mucho más

Flotando en la oscuridad, su cuerpo muere

Su mente existe, buscando luz.

Un extraño sentimiento, volar por la eternidad

Un brillo en la oscuridad, es una luz que ahora ve

La luz brillante se acerca

Él vuela en este espejo del alma

Ahora puede ver su mente ahora fantasma

Y su vida, que ahora ha pasado atrás

Pero un vórtice oscuro de rápido crecimiento

Lo aleja de la destrucción de su alma.

Ahora todas sus emociones y todos sus pensamientos

Disolver en silencio-en la nada
