check this man, you’re born with a survival instinct, to be selfish.

The first thing that happens when they start giving you their thoughts and

making things out of you that they want out of them.

And by the time you reach thirty you’re exsactly what they want.

You’re a free soul standing in a cage who has to die because he was taught that

he has to die and he has to eat because he was taught that everyone must eat.

«Why you’d go insane» and they said don’t go insane and he said let me help you.

No not at all.

I was lucky i got out of the books early.

I was so smart when i was a child that I learnt that I was dumb, fast.

That’s the way it is with everything, not just me.

You’re taught that you can’t, they even give you the word, take all the words

away and don’t think in right and wrong, just think in truth.

and all the answers are there.

The sound of one hand clapping is simply the sound of one hand clapping.

There’s no bigger answers.

All the big colleges that we’ve been building, it’s taking people the other way.

The smartest people in the world are really the most cut off.

It’s this common people, man.

Progress?

There’s no such thing as progress, there’s only change.

You dig a hole in the ground and you build a city, and you fight a war and you

call it progress.

And it’s a beautiful game and it’s a perfect game and whoever wants to keep on

playing the general can go ahead and kill themselves, but I wouldn’t want to

play that game myself.

But it they want to play it, I love them for it, if they want to go ahead and

kil each other.

The only reason they’re over there is 'cos they want to be.

And they can say but and maybe, but what it boils down to man, is this one

thing, aslong as there’s hate in your heart there’ll be hate in the world.

You cannot capture freedom, you can’t fight for peace.

It’s just a simple idea, a little baby could figure out, but we’ve been putting

cancer in it’s brain.

If someone beat you with the whip and you loved the whip…

Mira a este hombre, se nace con instinto de supervivencia, para ser egoísta.

Lo primero que sucede cuando empiezan a darte sus pensamientos y

haciendo cosas de ti que ellos quieren de ellos.

Y cuando llegas a los treinta, eres exactamente lo que quieren.

Eres un alma libre parada en una jaula que tiene que morir porque le enseñaron que

tiene que morir y tiene que comer porque le enseñaron que todos deben comer.

Tuve suerte de salir temprano de los libros.

Era tan inteligente cuando era niño que aprendí que era tonto, rápido.

Así es con todo, no solo conmigo.

Te enseñan que no puedes, hasta te dan la palabra, toma todas las palabras

lejos y no pienses en el bien y el mal, solo piensa en la verdad.

y todas las respuestas están ahí.

El sonido de una mano aplaudiendo es simplemente el sonido de una mano aplaudiendo.

No hay respuestas más importantes.

Todas las grandes universidades que hemos estado construyendo, están llevando a la gente hacia otro lado.

Las personas más inteligentes del mundo son realmente las más aisladas.

Es esta gente común, hombre.

¿Progreso?

No existe el progreso, solo el cambio.

Cavas un hoyo en la tierra y construyes una ciudad, peleas una guerra y te

llámalo progreso.

Y es un juego hermoso y es un juego perfecto y el que quiera seguir

jugar al general puede seguir adelante y suicidarse, pero no me gustaría

jugar ese juego yo mismo.

Pero si quieren jugarlo, los amo por eso, si quieren seguir adelante y

matarse unos a otros.

La única razón por la que están allí es porque quieren estar.

Y pueden decir pero y tal vez, pero lo que se reduce al hombre, es este

cosa, mientras haya odio en tu corazón, habrá odio en el mundo.

No puedes capturar la libertad, no puedes luchar por la paz.

Es solo una idea simple, un bebé podría entenderlo, pero hemos estado poniendo

cáncer en su cerebro.

Si alguien te golpeara con el látigo y te encantara el látigo…

Es el cielo aquí mismo, Jack, aquí mismo.
