You’re writing winter poems

Crying with your guitar

And every night yiu’re gazing

Towards your star

It makes you keep your promise

Be patient and strong

Then the dark is falling

But stars are never wrong

Her name is April

You can hear her sing

In beginning of spring

Just make it through winter

Just make it through

And she will sing for you

The sun is drowning in the water

You’re starting to loose faith

As you watch it sink

To the bottom of the lake

You know to keep your promise

You have to stay strong

Cause the sun can be selfish,

But stars are never wrong

Her name is April

You can hear her sing

Llorando con tu guitarra

Y cada noche estás mirando

Hacia tu estrella

Te hace cumplir tu promesa

Sea paciente y fuerte

Entonces la oscuridad está cayendo

Pero las estrellas nunca se equivocan

su nombre es abril

Puedes escucharla cantar

A principios de primavera

Solo hazlo a través del invierno

Solo hazlo

Y ella cantará para ti

El sol se está ahogando en el agua

Estás empezando a perder la fe

Mientras lo ves hundirse

Hasta el fondo del lago

Sabes mantener tu promesa

Tienes que mantenerte fuerte

Porque el sol puede ser egoísta,

Pero las estrellas nunca se equivocan

su nombre es abril

Puedes escucharla cantar
