I’m on my way

For so many days

Trying to leave

The dreams of yesterday

Far behind

No longer I can take

My friends advice

I travelled under the bright north-light

And passed upon the jungle’s twilight

But everywhere the same wind is howling

When you don’t know what it is all about

I found myself

In a gown of a clown

Jamming with gipsies under an appletree

In an academy

On the knees of a sphinxs

In a nutshell on the ocean

In front of 20,000 people

Singing

Of what is passed or passing or to come

Wherever I went and all time I spent

Was to understand

Why people are dancing

Day and night in the sand

Leave their minds on top of the world

Hate their own children

Dealing with feelings

Pay for love

Laugh about pain

And live for love
