For wide is the gate, and broad is the way

That leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing

Ye shall know them by their fruits

Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit;

But a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit

A good tree cannot bringeth forth evil fruit

Neither can a corrupt tree bringeth forth good fruit

Every tree that bringeth not good fruit is hewn down

And cast into the fire.

Wherefore by their fruit ye shall know them

Not everyone that saith unto me, lord, lord, shall enter into the kingdom of

heaven;

But he that doeth the will of my father which is in heaven

Many will say to me in that day, lord, lord, have we not prophesied in thy name?

And in thy name have cast out devils?

And in thy name done many wonderful works?

And then i will profess unto them, I never knew you:

Depart from me, ye that work iniquity

Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine

And doeth them.

I will liken him unto a wise man

Which built his house upon a rock;

and it fell not;

For it was founded upon a rock

And everyone that heareth that heareth these sayings of mine

And doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man

Which built his house on the sand

And the rain descended, and the floods came

And the winds blew, and beat upon that house;

¿Recogen los hombres uvas de los espinos, o higos de los cardos?

Así todo buen árbol da buenos frutos;

Pero el árbol podrido da malos frutos

Un buen árbol no puede dar malos frutos

Ni el árbol podrido puede dar buenos frutos

Todo árbol que no da buen fruto es cortado

Y echado al fuego.

Así que por su fruto los conoceréis

No todo el que me dice señor, señor, entrará en el reino de

cielo;

Pero el que hace la voluntad de mi padre que está en los cielos

Muchos me dirán en aquel día: Señor, señor, ¿no profetizamos en tu nombre?

¿Y en tu nombre echamos fuera demonios?

y en tu nombre hecho muchas obras maravillosas?

Y luego les confesaré que nunca os conocí:

Apartaos de mí, hacedores de iniquidad

Por tanto, cualquiera que oiga estas palabras mías

y los hace.

Lo compararé a un hombre sabio

el cual edificó su casa sobre la roca;

y no cayó;

Porque estaba fundada sobre una roca

Y todo el que oye que oye estas palabras mías

y no las hace, será semejante a un hombre necio

Que edificó su casa sobre la arena

Y descendió la lluvia, y vinieron los torrentes

Y soplaron los vientos, y dieron con ímpetu contra aquella casa;

Y cayó, y grande fue la
