A reminder to me that I need balance

Si siempre estás agotado, no puedes ayudar a nadie.

Tenemos que descansar, hacer tiempo para relajarse

Y ver sus puntos de vista de un grupo de asesinos en masa desfilaron como verdaderos

Suficiente para convertir cualquier cosa en persona en un lunático

Tal vez eso es lo que ya somos porque estamos acostumbrados

Pero en medio de todo esto

Hay una dicha que te estás perdiendo

Momentos de silencio, uno que te encanta besar en silencio

Mirando las estrellas, dándome cuenta de que el nuestro es solo un mundo entre miles de millones de

mundos que nunca conoceremos

Solo tómate un momento para respirar, es lo que estoy diciendo

Respira profundo hasta que el aire en tu pecho esté completamente adentro

Déjalo salir lentamente, siente la tensión erosionándose

Escucha la música antes de componerla

No eres tan importante, las guerras no se detendrán si no lo haces.

Pero la salud y la longevidad dependen del equilibrio entre el yin y el yang.
