The Rapture -

For if we believe that Yeshua died and rose again

Even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep

This we tell you by the Word of the Lord

That we who are alive, who are left to the coming of the Lord

Will in no way precede those who have fallen asleep

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout

With the voice of the archangel and the shofar of God

The dead in Messiah will rise first

Then we who are alive, who are left

Will be caught up together with them in the clouds

To meet the Lord in the air

So we will be with the Lord forever (x3)

For you yourselves know well

The day of the Lord comes like a thief in the night

For when they’re saying «Peace and safety,»

Then sudden destruction will come on them

Like birth pains on a pregnant woman

And they will in no way escape

No way escape

But you aren’t in darkness

That the day should overtake you like a thief

You are all children of light and the children of the day

They don’t belong to the night, nor to darkness

For those who sleep, sleep in the night

And those who are drunk are drunk in the night

Rejoice always

Pray without ceasing

In everything give thanks

For this is the will of God in Messiah Yeshua toward you

So we will be with the Lord forever

For you yourselves know well

The day of the Lord comes like a thief in the night

For when they’re saying «Peace and safety,»

Like birth pains on a pregnant woman

And they will in no way escape

But you aren’t in darkness

We don’t belong to the night, nor to darkness

Then let’s not sleep, as the rest do

But let us watch and be sober

So we will be with the Lord forever (x2)

Porque si creemos que Yeshua murió y resucitó

Así también traerá Dios con Él a los que durmieron

Esto te lo decimos por la Palabra del Señor

Que nosotros los que vivimos, los que quedamos para la venida del Señor

De ninguna manera precederá a los que se han dormido

Porque el Señor mismo con voz de mando descenderá del cielo

Con la voz del arcángel y el shofar de Dios

Los muertos en el Mesías resucitarán primero

Entonces nosotros los que estamos vivos, los que quedamos

Serán arrebatados junto con ellos en las nubes

Para encontrar al Señor en el aire

Así estaremos con el Señor para siempre (x3)

Porque vosotros mismos sabéis bien

El día del Señor viene como ladrón en la noche

Porque cuando dicen «Paz y seguridad»,

Entonces vendrá sobre ellos destrucción repentina

Como dolores de parto en una mujer embarazada

Y de ninguna manera escaparán

No hay manera de escapar

Pero no estás en la oscuridad

Que el día te sorprenda como un ladrón

Todos sois hijos de la luz y los hijos del día

No pertenecen a la noche, ni a la oscuridad

Para los que duermen, duermen en la noche

Y los que se emborrachan se emborrachan de noche

Regocíjate siempre

Orar sin cesar

En todo da gracias

Porque esta es la voluntad de Dios en el Mesías Yeshua para con vosotros

Así estaremos con el Señor para siempre

Porque vosotros mismos sabéis bien

El día del Señor viene como ladrón en la noche

Porque cuando dicen «Paz y seguridad»,

Entonces vendrá sobre ellos destrucción repentina

Como dolores de parto en una mujer embarazada

Y de ninguna manera escaparán

Pero no estás en la oscuridad

Todos sois hijos de la luz e hijos del día

No somos de la noche, ni de las tinieblas

Entonces no nos durmamos, como lo hacen los demás

Pero velemos y seamos sobrios

Así estaremos con el Señor para siempre (x2)
