This morning I woke up to the sound of my insides aching

It’s become the usual

On my way home I’ll take some extra laps around the block

Sometimes I don’t even feel the cold

Looking for somewhere to throw my stones

Tonight I will lay down with a heavier heart than I have ever experienced

But I think that if I can take a feather off of yours, I can learn to be happy

Or be something

Esta mañana me desperté con el sonido de mis entrañas doliendo

Se ha vuelto lo habitual

De camino a casa, daré algunas vueltas extra alrededor de la cuadra

buscando donde tirar mis piedras
